Mandatory information to provide when submitting the ticket:
- Product model
- Charger serial number (How to find it?)
- Description of the issue and, where applicable, the error code displayed on the product.
- CCU Manager Logs + Monitoring
- The identifying information and contact details (name, email, telephone number and full address) of the person who is requesting support
