ln case a factory return is necessary, please follow these instructions:
- Open a Zendesk ticket on the support website https://sav-ies-synergy.zendesk.com
- Clearly describe the issue encountered on the Zendesk ticket by providing:
- Product model
- Product serial number
- Contact person's information
- Print the attached return label here and affix it to the relevant product/part.
- If the label is not used, the analysis/repairs will not be taken into account.
- If the ticket and/or label are filled out incorrectly, additional delays may be added to the processing of the product.
